Losing it - can't get catalog to print and fold

Here's the background:
Under Page Setup: Layout is set as Booklet - Page Size 4.5"x11" - Portrait.
Printer and Paper are set as Paer Size: Custom (4.5x11) and Source (Bypass
Tray) Orientation - Portrait.

I'm using a Konica Minolta C450 printer. It duplexes and folds.

I can't figure out it it is the printer settings or the publisher settings
that are off. Any suggestions would help as I have to fix this to mass print
tomorrow.

Is your printer actually able to duplex and fold from the bypass tray? I
know that some can't...

yes, done it numerous times for other projects that were 11x17 that folded to
finished size of 8.5x11

Did you ever figure out how to do this? Are you using Publisher or Word
Office 2007? I have two Konica Minolta machines (a Bizhub600 and a C260) and
none of my documents collate and finish properly now that I am using Office
2007.

Curious if you found a solution to work around Microsoft's settings.

Do the print setup when you are finished creating your publication by using
file, print. You can cancel out of this and the print setup will stick.
