I have nearly 20 folders in which I organise the emails I
wish to keep. Periodically, I organise my folders and
recently moved emails from the Inbox into various
folders. In one folder, the most important called 'Hugo
2', none of the emails I moved to it actually appeared,
despite the system working correstly for all other
folders. These important emails appear to be lost/deleted
altogether from the system. 'Hugo 2' had performed
correctly until my last re-organisation last March.
There are no 'Wizard Rules' in operation in either the
Inbox or 'Hugo 2'. As a test, I moved an early email
already stored in 'Hugo 2' back to the Inbox - then moved
it again to 'Hugo 2'. It disappeared! These are
important records relating to an international music
festival. Please help!
