lost cd software word 2000

unfortunately, on 9-11-2001 my son at the age of 17 met
with a catastrophic auto accident rendering him a high
cervical level of spinal cord injury - quadraplegic. This
2004, our system which was purchased in 2000, met with the
sasser virus! compaq, microsoft, and my ISP cleared and
had to to do a factory restore, I lost everything. My
system has been restored, and I am trying to use my word
processing/word 2000, but my windows installer failed to
execute. I have lost the CD/Software disk necessary to
utilize/access. My son uses the system with a special
device, and we are in need of using word 2000 software.
Please help.

When you call for a replacement CD, you may be asked to fax a copy of the
