Lost email

About 2 days ago my outlook started acting funny. First
it would tell me that there was no account for this user
then just shut down. After I reopened it it was fine.

Then about a day ago when I opened it it wouldnt let me
send new emails, reply to emails, or forward emails. I
don't know what else was disabled but those 3 I
defintiely couldnt do.

Now today I turn my computer on my outlook account and
all my emails are gone. Outlook asks me to make a new
account so I do so hoping my emails would still be there
but nope theyre all gone.

I think it might be because of my antivirus program,
Panda Antivirus Platinum 7, but I don't know why.

To find your data, search your hard drive for files with a .PST extension.
If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you'll need to enable searching in
hidden and system folders to find all possible .PST file. Look at the
following page for more info on Outlook files:

As far as your antivirus software goes -- in Outlook, go to Tools | Options
| Other | Advanced Options, then click the Add-In Manager button and COM
Add-Ins button and wherever you see your antivirus software listed, uncheck
the box. This will temporarily disable the integration of the AV program
with Outlook and you can see if that was indeed causing your issues. If so,
you'll need to check with Panda and see if it's a known issue. If not, you
can always re-check the add-in box to reenable the AV integration.
