Lost file

Each time I run a tune up check, immediately after a start up, it find this
problem:

RegKey : HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common
ValueName : FontBmpCache
Value : c:\documents and settings\keith palfrey\application
data\microsoft\office\fbc78.tmp
The file (c:\documents and settings\keith palfrey\application
data\microsoft\office\fbc78.tmp ) does not exist at the specified location

How can this be fixed?

Um, by not running a tune up check!
