lost my mail file

Hi,

I lost my windows "user profile" and have been able to
restore all of my files except my Outlook mail and address
book. Do you know how I can restore or locate these files?

Search for *.pst on your harddisk. Make sure that you include hidden and
system files/folder. The default location is;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

If you really lost your Windows Profile by deletion on the local machine
this folder is probably deleted as well :-S

I forgot;

Once found you can connect that file to Outlook by using File-> Open->
Outlook Data File

You might want to copy the file to a different location before connecting it
to Outlook
