lost passwords and deleting accounts

is it possible to delete accounts when you don't have the
passwords, I don't care about the contents or contacts I
just want to get rid of the accounts

You should be able to delete an account or profile without the password. Go
to Start -> Control Panel and double click the Mail icon. There you should
see an option to show profiles and you should be able to remove a profile
from there. If you want to delete an account then you can go into the
properties of the profile that contains the account and remove the account.
