Lost the Navigation Bar

I had this website up and running for the longest time and had no problem
making changes, but this last time i made some changes i lost the letters on
the navigation bar, i was told by the host people to uninstall and reinstall
frontpage extensions and when i did that i lost the entire navigation bar.

How do i fix this, is there any help

In FP use File Publish All, and if asked select the option to Replace navigation
