Lost the task toolbar

On my boss's computer at work, we have lost the task
toolbar which as the little icons for Microsoft Word,
Outlook,Publisher,Excel,etc... I am not sure where to go
to retrieve it. Any help?? It is the toolbar in the upper
right hand of the computer screen.
