Macro and Button

I have created a macro and assigned a button to it in the my toolbar. How do
I make it available to others such that the button will automatically show in
their toolbar when they open the file?

You should be able to copy your customized toolbar (via the Organizer)
to a blank file and provide the file to other users. They in turn need
to copy the toolbar to their Global. Remember to also copy the Module
that contains the code for the macro.

I think I may have to write a VBA macro with a drop down menu for different
files/macro.
