Macro in Excel removed, still question over macro

Hello all,

I had a spreadsheet in which I tried out a macro. The macro is deleted, but
Excel still asks whether it should enable the macro or not. Why does Excel
ask this, while no macro is attached to the spreadsheet, or to Excel as a
whole. More inportant, how do I remove this message?

Do you encounter the prompt on all workbooks or just the workbook that
contained the macro?
