Is there any way to set up a macro that would
automatically notify me when a condition is met? I have
a vacation schedule in my database, and need to know when
any date opens up so I can offer it to the first employee
on the waiting list, which is also in the database. I'd
need to know if any day in a week (Mon thru Fri)
originally had less than 8 hours available, then went to
8 or more hours available. Even if four of the days are
less than 8 hours, if one day went to 8 or more, I would
offer that date to the waiting list. Any suggestions?
Right now I'm doing it manually, checking the lists
daily. Any help would be very much appreciated!
