Macro to play sound

[Morgan the Magnificent]

How can I use a control button to embed and play a sound (.wav file)? I know
I can just use "insert sound", but I would like to have a button that checks
if macros are enabled, so when the click it, it play a lovely trumpet sound
if macros are running
