I have a user running Outlook 2003 sp2 and each time she receives an email,
the outlook mail alert pops up in the systray with the normal details of the
recent received email but, if she clicks on it to link to the email or to
open the email from the alert popup..she gets an small error box that pops up
saying, cannot load program.
Yet, if i go into the inbox, I can see the email and open it no problem.
This problem is consistant, happens to each email that comes in..
Any tips?
