Mail Merge 2 up

Is it possible in Publisher to do a mail merge on a page the is setup for
printing 2 up?

Specifically, 8.5x11 is split in half (8.5x5.5) using grid guides, and i
want to merge a different address block on each part. I seem only to be able
to get the same address block in each text box per page.

You have to setup your page for 8.5 x 5.5.
In page setup, click custom, type 8.5 width, 5.5 height. Publisher will say it
will print two per sheet. Your merge should work correctly with this setup.
Print preview will show both the same, this is a bug in the program. Print a
sample if you are unsure.

Hey, that seems to have worked great! Too bad about the bug though. That's
annoying Is that bug still there in Office 2007?

Hi Mary,

Unfortunatly, this did NOT work. Everything is setup as you said, but it is
printing the same copy on the top and bottom, NOT the next one in the merge.
I do not see a setting in the Page Setup that says to either do the same or
next. Not sure how to proceed. The merge did process correctly, just not
printing correctly.

It works for me. Where are you placing the text box? Is it within the margin
limitations of your printer?
There is no "next" in Publisher.
