I'm doing a mail merge --- printing post cards on a 12x18 sheet of paper with
3 4x6 tables across and 3 4x6 tables down...I have tested it and it has
worked well except now that I'm printing it I have a error with the margins
stating margins are out of the printable range...so I go back in to the print
page and instead of saying ignore the margins I click fix now the margins
are.12 on all four sides this causes the ¶ to move the next page which then
cause the merge to have a blank page in-between every page. How do I get rid
of the ¶ without changing the sizes of my tables?
Next questions---once I do print these I'm going to run into another
problem---the post cards have to stay in order because of the zip codes --- I
have to cut each one so they are 4x6 which caused the names to be out of
order --- when you cut them the first name on the second page will become
second...how can I set up the merge so this doesn’t happen?
Thank you
