Mail merge - email with attachment

I need to do a Mail merge using email and attach a PDF
file.

Can't use a Distribution list, my "mailing list" is way
too big.

Help please. Thanks

You can neither add an attachment to a mail merge, nor merge to a DL.
Time to look at third party software.
