Mail Merge from excel to publisher for labels

When I merge my list, print preview and print test show it printing a whole
page of each address instead of one per person.

This is a bug in the Publisher program. There is a test print on the print
dialogue if you are unsure.

After re-reading your post I realized you already have used the test print.

Are you using a label template? You cannot have more than one label on your
screen when you do a merge.

Yes, I am trying to use a label template in publisher. There is only one
label on the screen, and preview and test show an entire page for each
address instead of one label per person.
