I am getting so frustrated. I am trying to merge data from an XLS using the
step by step mail merge wizard (2007) w/ no luck. When I print preview, only
1 page of the mail merge appears/is available. However, when I scroll
through the documents (top right), the merge has created a page for each
individual field, plus the following fields. Essentially, there are hundreds
of pages with duplicate information. What am I doing wrong? I attempted to
update my profile info, but not sure if I was successful. Can you please
also respond to (e-mail address removed)?
