Mail merge - omit blank lines

If there is no "address 2" for a record, how to I tell word not to print a
blank line?

You do it the other way round by telling Word only to print address2 and its
line feed if it exists eg

{Mergefield Address1}{IF {Mergefield Address2} <> "" "
{Mergefield Address2}"}
{Mergefield Address3}
