mail merge recipients

How can I print the entire list of mail merge recipients on one page? I am
trying to create an index by state for directional booklet. I'm using Office
2000 professional version under Publication.

As Bob said...If the data source for your mail merge is, for example, an
Excel spreadsheet, then printing all or part of that Excel file will give you
your list.
