mail merge sent as an attachment

When I send a mail merge as an attachment I receive the
following message: "A program is tryng to access email
addresses you have stored in outlook. Do you want to
allow this? Allow access time 1 minute. I have to click
yes to send every email so it is hardly worth my time. If
I send it in HTML form it sends ok but it prints onto two
pages and what I am trying to send is a time sheet so I
want to keep it on 1 page.
