Mail Merge

Can any one help? I am trying to do a mail merge linked
to an access database. But I want to have more than one
record on an A4 page so I can guillotine them. I can't
find anywhere the Mail Merge Word Field "Next Record" so
this is possible! I currently have the same persons name
4 times on one page, instead of 4 different peoples names
on one page!!!! It's driving me insane, surely it can be
done?

The Catalog Merge in Publisher 2003 is far more suited to this task,
however.
