I am trying to merge addresses to a postcard. 4 postcards on the sheet. when
i merge each postcard has the same address. i printed test pages and all have
the same address. tried the suggestions in the other posts and they do not
work. I'm about to go out and buy labels and merge them but i would probably
get a page full of the same addresses.

When you mail merge you can only have one card on your screen. If you are
looking at print preview, it will show all cards being the same, this is a bug
in the Publisher program.

thanks for the quick respone. while i was waiting i was abel to get the card
to show correctly with the 4 cards per page in print preview. under the print
option i had a choice to pick multiple copies per sheet or multiple pages per
sheet. by taking the pagers per sheet it appears to have worked. my new
problem is the zip code. the leading zero is being dropped.

I probably should have asked what version Publisher. We haven't had too many
inquiries about Publisher 2007.
