Mail merge

Using Word 2003,XP pro
I am trying to use "mail merge" to address a bunch of envelopes. but when I
get to the point of "reviewing recipients" the envelopes only show the
return address. The dada base I am using is on a floppy but when I click on
"edit recipients" they are there, I have tries to select only "one " and
also tried "select all" same results.

Any help from you experts? TIA

For a start, don't try to work from a floppy. Copy your data source to the
HD.

Copy the file to the hard drive first. Under Tools, Options General tab,
make sure that Confirm Conversion on Opening is checked. Run MailMerge again
and make sure that you select OBDC at the appropriate moment.
