Mail to be moved

I have much mail in my provider's webmail box, but I have
moved abroad and I don't have the direct connection to it
any longer. How can I transfer my mail to Outlook without
re-sending me each individual message, as when I start
Outlook it is unable to go to the old identity?

Maybe you can save it to a *.pst-file!!!
Do you use OutlookExpress or Microsoft Outlook ???
