Mail using Web Page

In Outlook Express, there is a menu option of Message >
New Message Using > Web Page. I cannot find this same
functionality in Outlook 2000. Any suggestions on how to
accomplish this in 2000?

Or just from Internet Explorer by File-> Send-> Page by E-mail

Will this do as well?

At least I think...

The idea is to send a web page so that it shows
and not just appears as an attachment or link.

Was this option left out by a mistake?
