Mailbox with multiple owners - unable to forward attachments

Hi there,

We have one mailbox that receives resumes and is shared
by a department (5 people). All 5 are set up as owners
(users) of the mailbox in Exchange.

We've set their Outlook XP (2002) to open their personal
mailbox as well as this shared mailbox. When we do this,
the user is unable to forward messages with
attachments. An error pops up "could not open one or
more attachments" after Outlook tries to contact the mail
server.

If the user opens the shared mailbox and no other
mailbox, (Multiple profiles --but no change to the login)
then they do not experience the problem.

Any ideas?
