Mailmerge or dynamic data possible?

I am trying to find a way to print my newsletters with information on how
people who receive them can opt out online.

I'd like to add info from our database (such as a member number) in a link
they can type that will remove that option in our db, but when I print the
newsletters, I'd like to add in their individual info dynamically.

Is there a way to do this?

I have my CSV file (from my SQL query) and in Publisher, I went to: Tools >
mailings and catalogs > mail merge

At that point I followed the 'wizard' and was able to import my merged info.
