Maintaining font in HTML email

I have been sending HTML & Outlook formatted email
formats. When I read the emails because I copied myself
on them, they are all reformatted to arial font & all
other formatting is lost. How do I maintain the format &
fonts that I create the email with?

This is controlled by the mailserver. If the mailserver can't control HTML
messages you'll either see the raw HTML text or the message in Plain Text
(depends on the type of server and configured conversions)
