make an image have marquee properties

I saw on a website built by frontpage have a banner with
marquee properties. It was sliding back and forth. How is
that done. Thanks

1. Add a text marquee using Insert, Web Component,
Dynamic Effects, Marquee.
2. Add the picture somewhere else nearby in the page.
3. Switch to HTML view.
4. Cut the HTML for the picture, and paste it inside the
<marquee> and </marquee> tags that define the
marquee.

Because of a remarkably bug-like feature, FrontPage will
display the picture's HTML (and not the picture itself)
in Page view. However, the marquee will work OK in
Preview mode and in Internet Explorer.

Note that the marquee will only scroll correctly in
Internet Explorer. If you want something that also works
in Netscape, you'd need to locate a JavaScript gadget
somewhere.

Note as well that many designers believe any sort of
constant movement unduly distracts attention from the
rest of the page.
