make Enter key go to first cell in next row

Where can I change the Enter key so it goes to the first cell in the next row
instead of going to the same column in the next row? I am using Project
Professional 2003 120-day trial for a class. Thank you.

Project is not as flexible as Excel in this. Under Tools, Options, Edit menu
you can only move one cell in up, down, left right. personally I set the
cursor to not move as I often want to do two or more operations on the same
task on entry, which makes the cursor moving annoying.
