Make Outlook Default Email Client

When I try to use "Adobe Photo Delux" and try to open the
file menu it says to open Outlook and set it as my default
email client.

How can I do that?

Open Internet Explorer and select Tools | Internet Options | Programs tab.
Dropdown to set default mail client is near the top.
