Making a "printer ready" printout

In creating a book, does Publisher provide a way to print the book in
"printer ready" format, e.g. sorting the printed pages to be printer ready
with front page and last page, second page and second last page, etc....

Have tried everywhere to find out but can't seem to find the answer...

Please help if anyone out there knows????
