Managing multiple mailboxes in Outlook 2007

Hi, I had a couple of questions about managing multiple mailboxes.

1. On the lower right hand corner of on your screen when the little
envelope automatically appears to notify you that you have a message. Is
there a way to color code the envelope to notify the user which mailbox you
are receiving the message from?

2. Is there also a way to create a rule to have deleted mail go into a
specific deleted folder? I tried changing the sharing permissions and
properties in the deleted folder, but I doesn't seem to work.

I would appreciate any feedback you have on other of these issues. Thank
you for your help in advance.

1) No.

2) Can you explain what you mean by "a specific deleted folder"?

I currently have 2 mailboxes on in my Outlook. One of the mailboxes is my
personal and the other I share with my co-workers. So, I was hoping there
was a way to have my personal deleted files go into my deleted personal
deleted folder and not to my shared mailboxes deleted folder. I've tried
changing the sharing permissions and properties, but it didn't fix the issue.
