Managing Permissions on Project Web Access for Project 2007

This is probably super simple and I'm just not getting it, but how do you
add people to Project Web Access? I'd like to allow others to administer a
PWA site in addition to me. When I go into People and Groups, there are no
groups and if I manually assign an account "Full Control, Web Administrators
(Microsoft Office Project Server)" they still get access denied accessing
the site.

I'm running a simple installation (all in one server, provisioned out of the
box) on a 2003 SP2 x86 system. Everything is defaults.

To manage most admin things through PWA you have to use Server Settings
(towards the bottom of the left menu). If you are not logged in with proper
admin permissions you won't see that button. Once in Server Settings goto
Manage Users.

That's exactly it! Thank you. I kept trying to change the site collection
permissions and didn't realize that it was managed in a completely different
way for Project Server.
