mandatory password

Is there a way to have a user "manditorily log in" to the
Outlook program, even though the user is logged on to the
domain, using Windows 2000 Pro and Outlook 2000?

We have a situation where several people use one
computer, but only want the primary user to be able to
access Outlook.

If the profile is set up the same as in Ol XP, then this
will work... otherwise you should be able to figure it out
in the setup.

From the control panel, click on Mail. Show profiles.
select the profile you wish to modify. Click E-mail
Accounts, change, More settings, on the Advanced tab,
change "logon network security" to NONE. It is likely set
for Password Authentication now.

That will prompt to enter username, password and domain
each time for Outlook.
