Mapping Access-exported Data Columns to Project Columns

I know some Access, and thinking about the possibilities of pulling data from
a Save As Access DB into reports (rather than cut/past into Excel).

Is there a cross-reference of Project Columns to their related Access Table
and Columns when exported to Access?

Hello George,

I assume you are using a project version other than Project 2007 as the
ability to save an entire Project file as an access database is gone
from Project 2007.

The database structure including fields and tables is documented in the
PJDB.HTM file if you are using Project 2003. I believe for earlier
versions the file name was PRJDB.HTM.

Whether reading and digesting the file and then working with Access is
easier than copy/paste into Excel, I'll leave up to you to determine.

I assume you know you can export some data out of project directly into
Excel?
