Marking emails in outlook 2000

G

Gary

Sorry to go over this again but there are so many postings to this newsgroup
that I got called away yeaterday and the postings gone now.

Anyhow, What I would like to know is, is there a way to put notes or
comments on emails which have been received in outlook 2000. I get a dozen
or so emails every day and if I act on what is in the email, it would be
really good if I could add a comment to the email before storing it in it's
folder. At the minute I'm printing the email out and writing the comment on
it but this seems a very inefficient way to do it.

In case you can't understand my babbling, I know how to put notes on the
diary etc in outlook but all I want to be able to do is, receive an email,
put a comment on it and file it away in a folder.

Any help would be gratefully received, and I promise to check for answers
every hour this time.

Thank You

Gary
