Master project and sub-projects.

I have a question regarding master projects and sub-projects.

I have a MASTER project plan (saved in EPM - but NOT published) created by
project manager "A"

This project plan contains numerous tasks and some sub-projects. This
project plan has a completed date of 50 days.

One of these sub-projects (we'll call it project "B" - of which project
manager "B" is the owner of this project) is actually a task (TASK "C")within
the MASTER project plan. This sub-project is saved and published in EPM by
project manager "B". This task in the MASTER project is set to be complete by
day 35.

The project resources in project "B" update their time in EPM - this alerts
project manager "B" to either accept or reject the changes. By accepting
these changes some of the tasks in this plan are delayed by 10 days (for
example). Project Manager "B" accepts these changes, saves project "B" and
publishes the task updates to EPM.

The questions I have in this scenario are:

1) Does this automatically update the task date for task (TASK "C") where
sub-project "B" resides in the MASTER PROJECT? Does the finish date for this
task now become 45 days (35 days plus the 10 days delay)?

2) Does this update now automatically update the finish date for the MASTER
PROJECT to 60 days (50 days plus the 10 days delay for TASK "C")?

3) Can project manager "A" receive a notification in EPM that TASK "C" is
delayed by 10 days and that this will in turn result in the MASTER PROJECT
finish date being delayed 10 days? Would this require custom coding or can
this be achieved in EPM out-of-the-box?

4) CAN project manager "A" approve or reject the update from project manager
"B" for task "C" in the MASTER PROJECT? Would this require custom coding or
can this be achieved in EPM out-of-the-box?

5) When an update is received from a team member for a task in a project,
either a sub project or just a task in a project, does the project manager
have the ability to see what effect it will have on the project before they
accept or reject it?
