Help!!! I just got a copy of Microsoft Office XP. The
thing is, I can't seem to install it. I have followed
all directions more than once, and nothing is happening.
Do I have a bad disk or is it the wrong disk? This is
what it says... Microsoft version 2002 Service Pack 1
HELP!!!

Hi Rose,

If the CD is labeled MS Office SP1 it is
a patch CD to update Office XP, rather than
a product CD for MS Office XP.

Yep, you're stupid. How on earth you thought an SP1 disc was Office XP I'll
never know...This was SP 1 for Windows XP wasn't it? Where did you purchase
this version of 'Office XP'?
