MDAC for windows 2000?

Hi i've got a Stored Proc that return numeric values, but drop the zeros if a
multiple of 10. MSADO15.DLL is used. If i run the executable on a windows xp
SP3 machine it returns zero's. On a windows 2000 SP4 no zero's.
The xp version 2.81.1132.0 works whereas the 2000 versions 2.71.9054.0 or
2.81.1117.0 does not. IS there a patch to get the MSADO15.dll in 2000 to work
like the xp version.
PLEASE HELP
