I'm trying to make a Memorial Service Program that includes both pictures and
text that i want to open like a book, and I can't quite figure out how to do
this using Office 2003 Word. How can I go about doing this?

Word is *NOT* a DTP. You would be better off using Publisher for this
(purchase it if you have not got it).
