memory could not read

I have a Windows 2000 Pro SP4 with Outlook 2000 and Iexplorer 6.
Sometimes when I resend or reply a message, always on HTML format, and
I write a text an error appears. Then instruction at "0x308c60cb"
referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read.

I reinstall a Explorer, Office, Service pack 4 and the problem still
appears.

how can I resolve this problem?. I'm desesperately.
