memory problems

I'm using Outlook 2003. Every day, I notice Outlook gets VERY slow. I tried
to find out what was wrong a few days ago. I noticed it was using about
180MB of memory. Wasn't sure if that was normal. I closed outlook and opened
it back up, down to about 25MB. I've been watching it, and everyday it does
the same thing. Memory usage keeps getting larger and larger.

What can I do about this?
