I recently upgraded my office software. I am running
Outlook 2002. I have applied all the Service Packs
available for the O/S and the applications. I am running
SP2 for Office and Version 5.0 Build 2195 SP 4 for Windows
2000.
I receive e-mail messages, but I am unable to reply or
forward. None of my menu buttons or pulldowns work.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Has anybody
seen this before? If this is a bug is there a fix
available? I haven't been successful in finding a current
problem on the product web site.
Any help is appreciated.
