merge 2 or more excel column

How could I merge 2 or more column in excel?

Column1: last name
column1: first name
merge column: first name last name

Column A = last name
Column B = first name

Column C =B1&" "&A1

Fill down as needed. Copy column C and Edit > Paste Special > Values to get
rid of the formulas.
Delete column C unless you Paste Special over it.
