Merge from Excel to Word for labels

I'm trying to merge from Excel to Word for labels. At the end of each of the
merged page into Word there is a missing name. I'm at my wits end. I have 4
lists of 900 names to merge. HELP!

Strange things can happen with mailmerge if the target document (or
normal.dot if you're merging directly to a new document) has headers or
footers. Make sure there are none, and that your footer margin is large
enough for the printer you are using.

It could be that you have one too many «Next Record» fields, causing Word to
skip one of the records.

Thank you so much for the info. I an extra "next record"field and after
deleting that, all my records merged! YEAH! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
