We have office 2003 with word and outlook. We want to do a merge to fax but
when we click TOOLS--> LETTERS AND MAILINGS --> MAIL MERGE ..the fax option
does not appear. Outlook is configured, faxes have been added. The item just
does not appear.
Any ideas?
