Merge to Fax does not show.....

I have about the same set up as you have on your computer.
I have followed the steps you shared (thank you!) and completed the merge.
However;
the fax looks nothing like the word document that is on my screen or that
prints out.
I use j-peg picture of my logo that prints out fine,
but when merge to fax it is a full pages by it self.
Print preview show it to be less then 1 page, when faxed the line spacing is
more and it takes up 2 pages.

the tabs seem to be gone also when meged

This is th 1st time I've used one of these post,
